NADA 2023: It’s a Wrap!

Another NADA is in the books. Although the feelings about the newly revived Dallas venue were mixed, the Tekion booth was buzzing with excitement from dealers, technology partners, and industry experts clamoring to hear what Tekion has been up to since last year.

Tekion was proud to sponsor the opening night party at Gilley’s and the Women Driving Auto Retail video contest. Tekion Founder and CEO, Jay Vijayan, was present to award the video contest winners (yes, there were two this year!), declaring “We are proud to sponsor and support NADA’s Women Driving Auto Retail initiative to empower women in retail automotive.”

The Tekion booth was full of activity throughout the show. Aside from the substantial number of product demonstrations and customer conversations, there were 6 presentations on the Tekion Innovation Stage. Product specialists, industry experts and Dealer Partners shared valuable insight about data security, analytics, artificial intelligence, modern Fixed and Variable Ops processes, and the general state of the industry.

The Innovation Stage sessions were highlighted by our featured presentation: A new way of thinking, innovating, operating by Founder and CEO, Jay Vijayan. In this highly attended event, Jay discussed the state of the industry and shared how far Tekion has come in the past year. He also announced new ground-breaking technologies to benefit the entire automotive ecosystem – Tekion’s Developer Platform that will allow businesses to create their own applications with no software developer experience needed, and Tekion’s Vehicle Tracker that allows dealerships to easily track and locate their most valuable assets within the platform.

Other important topics of focus at the Tekion booth were the newly released CRM and Digital Retail applications, both seamless extensions of the DMS. Tekion was proud to unveil a now truly connected car buying experience that caters to how consumers want to purchase, whether 100% online, 100% in-store, or anywhere in-between.

Overall, the buzz heard at the Tekion booth was that today’s dealers are hungry for innovation and change. The auto retail industry is ready for advanced technology to run their businesses, improve consumer experiences, and elevate the processes by which automobiles are sold, purchased, and serviced. Tekionites were excited to show booth visitors how that desire and the Tekion vision align.

Please enjoy the Tekion Innovation Stage presentations and tell us if you have any questions or want more information!

See you in Las Vegas in 2024!
